Hello, everyone! A lot has happened in the past 30 days, but I will try to keep this as brief as possible.
We have temporarily returned to handling messages manually so we can respond more effectively. I still have not found the time to configure a new system because our priority is processing orders as quickly as possible. We are also behind on Messenger because it worked very poorly for several days this week and last week.
We seem to be stuck at a 2-to-3-week turnaround because order volume is not decreasing, except for certain Letter Mail orders (see below), but we continue to do everything we can to speed things up. A few orders went beyond that timeframe because we received a large shipment of several varieties that had spent too much time in the heat inside a truck and were no longer viable. We are currently waiting for a new batch of most of them, and we are increasing our orders from our grower friends so we can rely less on wholesale suppliers that are having problems.
The good news for small Letter Mail orders is that we now have someone handling those made up of packets that are already prepared and do not need to be weighed, so they can ship faster!
Restocks continue to arrive, but things are moving a little more slowly than usual because of problems at practically every company we work with due to the mass-disabling event, as well as several growers experiencing crop failures or replacing seed production with grain production.
One day is much like the next, but we still have a few surprises up our sleeve, and we will keep you updated as they happen!
Thank you again a thousand times over for your kind words, trust, and support. We love you very much
