Dear gardening enthusiasts,

given the particular situation this year, due to the pandemic and the high demand for seeds, we receive many questions regarding our inventory and our service times. We understand and share your concerns, and we want to respond transparently.

Do you have sanitary measures in place?

Yes! We are three people from the same family who have isolated themselves as much as possible since March 12, 2020. We prepare your orders in a purified room, and we always wear an N95 mask and nitrile gloves.

Do you really ship orders in 24-72 hours?

Yes! We are working hard to prepare your orders as soon as possible. You may receive your tracking number in the evening and on weekends, but your package will be dropped off at Canada Post the next business day.

Do you reply to your messages?

Yes! We still respond to all messages and questions we receive in 24 hours or less. You can also talk to us live on Messenger.

Will you run out of seeds?

Yes and no. We have had to stop ordering from some companies who are unable to meet or fulfill their customer service promises, resulting in a shortage in some varieties. We also have to work with the shipping and delivery times of other companies we do business with, which can create temporary inventory shortages. That said, we are always on the lookout for new suppliers, and we order and receive several restocks each week.

Do you take variety requests?

Yes! If you are looking for a specific seed or seeds, let us know and we will do our best to find what you want.

Can you wholesale?

Due to high demand and low market supply, we strive to offer small packs as a priority, but we still have a few larger sizes for varieties that are easy to find in sufficient quantity. We are also preparing our wholesaler site!
