This product is specifically designed to achieve optimal growth results — particularly for those using CO2 supplementation and high-PPFD lights.

It includes a PPFD, temperature and humidity sensor that can replace the day/night temperature and humidity sensor in our GGS controller kits and GGS AC5/AC10 power-bar kits (please note: the "PPFD Temp Humi sensor" cannot be used with the "Day/Night Temp Humi sensor" in the GGS controller kits or GGS AC5/AC10 power-bar kits — only one may be used at a time).

The standout feature of this sensor is its ability to measure PPFD, as opposed to merely detecting light or darkness. The product also ships with a CO2 sensor, and studies show that CO2 supplementation can increase plant growth rates by 20 to 100 % on average and raise overall crop yields by 20 to 30 %.

When CO2 is added, using high-PPFD lights further improves photosynthesis rates, optimizing plant growth. Together, the two sensors will help you achieve the best possible results. If you're new to growing and wondering how high to hang your lights, the PPFD sensor included in this Sensor Pro is an excellent tool for you. Here's a simple guide for each growth stage:

Seedling stage: ideal PPFD is about 100 to 300
Vegetative stage: ideal PPFD is about 400-600
Flowering stage: ideal PPFD is about 800-1000

This product is NOT compatible with similar controllers or accessories from other brands.

The kit includes:

  • 2 × 2.5 m RJ12 cables (to connect devices)
  • 2 × 0.25 m RJ12 cables (to connect between phone-line splitters)
  • 2 × RJ12 phone-line splitters (to extend connections)
  • 1 × PPFD bracket (to mount the PPFD sensor)
