We are still receiving a very high volume of orders despite the red banner, so we continue to focus on processing them 7 days out of 7, from morning to night. A few orders are late, and we apologize. The creeping thyme is more than a week behind, but it finally moved yesterday, and Canada Post tells us it will arrive Monday

We ultimately decided not to move our messaging system because doing so created even more problems. We are working with the company to fix the system we already have so messages do not get lost. Apparently, we receive too many, but the company is checking everything manually to get us back on track

Many of you have asked when new pre-order varieties and restocks will arrive. We should add more new varieties within a week if all goes well, so let us know if you have any requests

We are receiving out-of-stock products several times a week right now, but they sell quickly, and we do not have time to announce them at the moment. We are doing our best to keep as many varieties in stock as possible despite all the production and supply-chain problems. We are looking for more grower friends and also have a project to produce much more ourselves
